HealthLink processes personal, contact, appointment, payment, and health information to provide patient services, maintain clinical records, communicate account and appointment updates, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

How information is used

Information is available only to the patient and authorized personnel according to their roles. HealthLink uses the registered email address for verification codes, security notices, and appointment updates.

Retention and account deactivation

Deactivating an account prevents future sign-ins. Clinical, transaction, and audit records may be retained when required for continuity of care, safety, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Your choices

Patients may review and correct profile information through the portal and may request account deactivation. Questions or privacy requests can be directed to HealthLink support.
